At Wanderlust Holidays, we aim to provide exceptional experiences for travelers. Here are the guidelines that ensure your journey is seamless:
1.1. Booking Process
Bookings can be made online or through customer support. A confirmation email will be sent with travel details after booking is made.
1.2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be received 14 days before departure.
1.3. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical, cancellations, and unforeseen incidents.
1.4. Tour Modifications
Modifications to your tour can be requested up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability and extra charges.
1.5. Use of Payment Gateway
Our payment gateway is strictly for booking tour packages. It cannot be used for flight bookings or insurance.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If your plans change, here’s what to expect:
2.1. Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days: 20% cancellation fee.
- 15-30 days: 50% cancellation fee.
- 7-14 days: 75% cancellation fee.
- Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation fee.
2.2. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 14 business days, excluding the cancellation fee. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
2.3. Cancellation by Us
In case of tour cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer either an alternative tour or a full refund.
2.4. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled tour, no refunds or credits will be issued.
3. Shipping and Delivery Terms & Conditions
For our travel-related products (such as guides, souvenirs, and travel accessories), please review our shipping and delivery terms:
3.1. Delivery Time
All travel-related products are shipped within 2-5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery time varies based on location.
3.2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of the items ordered.
3.3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping for most travel-related products. International shipping may incur additional charges, which will be communicated at checkout.
3.4. Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will either send a replacement or process a refund, depending on the situation.
3.5. Tracking Orders
Once your product is shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your order’s journey until delivery.
3.6. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the product is in its original, unused condition.

4.2. Force Majeure
We are not liable for disruptions due to natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4.3. Traveler Conduct
All travelers must adhere to local laws and respect cultural norms. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Any disputes will be settled through arbitration as per the governing laws of Pune.
